PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge or insert a document or the like by providing a separate pocket region even when an open portion of a file body is closed. SOLUTION: The file with a pocket comprises a flat or box-like resin file body 12 having an opening portion 11 formed at one end side, and a partition member 13 disposed in the body 12 to partition to two sections of the portion 11 into a front opening and a rear opening. The member 13 has a partition piece disposed in the body 12, and a cover member 21 connected to the piece and extended from the opening to outside. The member 21 is folded to an outer surface side of a front sheet 16 of the body 12 to close the front opening, and to open the rear opening to form a pocket.
