PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disintegration small wood pieces into a fine wood powder almost having no spinelike tips and almost uniform in size. SOLUTION: The support shaft 13 rotated by a motor 11 is arranged in the net member 5 within a case and a plurality of blades 23 are attached to the support shaft and primary cutting blades 25 are attached to the side edges of the blades while the primary receiving blades 27 corresponding to the primary cutting blades are arranged in the case and secondary cutting blades 29 are attached to the end edges to the respective blades in a state inclined in a predetermined direction with respect to the center line 13' of the support shaft 13 and the secondary receiving blades 31 corresponding to the secondary cutting blades are arranged to the net member in parallel to the center line of the support shaft so that the secondary cutting blades cross the secondary receiving blades at a predetermined angle with respect to the secondary receiving blades.
