PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the production and design change of a front frame by providing the front frame, which is freely attachably and detachably installed on a play panel, with a skeleton part having a structural strength, an operating part to be operated by a player and a top layer part having a decorative function. SOLUTION: A front frame 3 is provided with a skeleton part 44 having a structural strength, an operating part 45 to be operated by a player and a top layer part 46 mainly having a decorative function and the top layer part 46 is freely attachably and detachably mounted on the front face of the skeleton part 44. Thus, the skeleton part 44 as the main portion of the front frame 3 is recycled and a new front frame 3 is produced by exchanging the top layer part 46 on the front side or changing the design of the front frame 3. Besides, the skeleton part 44 is provided with a fixing means for fixing the front frame 3 onto an outer frame 2 and the front frame 3 can be easily fixed onto the outer frame 2. Further, the skeleton part 44 almost made of synthetic resins is integrally equipped with a play panel mounting means 4 and a lower tray skeleton body 47, and the number of components is reduced.
