PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock for attaining an effective extroverted great toe preventing effect. SOLUTION: This shoe sock 1 is provided with a projection part 2 approximately at the center. The projection part 2 continuously extends in the length direction of the inside mat for the sock 1, and the inside end 3 and the outside end 4 are formed at each proper interval T1, T2 from an inside peripheral edge 5 and an outside peripheral edge 6 of the sock 1, respectively. The projection part 2 is a higher hardness part and has an external shape capable of holding the foot part into the respective bow-shapes in the length direction and the width direction of sock 1 when the sock 1 into which sock 1 is fitted is worn.
