摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent press formability by allowing the alloy sheet to have an Al oxidized film having a specified thickness on the surface and allowing an Mg component in the Al oxidized film to exist by a specified amt. by the ratio between Mg and Al (Mgat%/Alat%). SOLUTION: This is an Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy sheet contg., by mass, 0.2 to 1.6% Si and 0.2 to 1.6% Mg and having an Al oxidized film of 40 to 100Åthickness on the surface, and in which the Mg component in the oxidized film is allowed to exist by 0.1 to 0.4 by the ratio between Mg and Al (Mgat%/Alat%). Preferably, the aluminum alloy sheet is the one subjected to solution treatment and quenching by a continuous heat treating furnace, contg. 0.6 to 1.3% Si and 0.2 to 1.0% Mg and having >=1.0 Si/Mg. This aluminum alloy preferably contains one or >= two kinds among 0.01 to 0.2% Mn, 0.01 to 0.2% Cr, 0.01 to 0.2% Zr and 0.01 to 0.15% V as well.
