PURPOSE: An expanding structure of an invisible-type air bag door is provided to facilitate a change in the design of the air bag door and to minimize the loss cost for the inferior work, by separately making the air bag door and a core member. CONSTITUTION: An expanding structure of an invisible-type air bag door(50) comprises a core member(40) installed to the lower side of a skin member(20) constituting the room surface part of a vehicle; the air bag door combined to a mounting part(42) of the core member; and reinforcing plates(70) each fixed to the air bag door and the core member. In the core member, an expanding part of an air bag is incised and the mounting part is formed. A fracture groove, to be fractured and expanded when the air bag is expanded, is formed to the air bag door. The reinforcing plate has a hinge part to make the air bag door hingably connected to the core member. |
