PURPOSE: A median strip is provided to absorb impact and to reduce the damage on vehicles or human life by installing along a curved surface or an inclined road surface simply. CONSTITUTION: The median strip contains: a bearing body(10); a connecting bar(20) coupled through the bearing body(10) to rotate axially; a ball joint bolt unit(30) installed on one end of the connecting bar(20), formed in an empty semi-globular shape and provided with a nut fastener(31) projected outward; a ball joint nut unit(40) screwed with the ball joint bolt unit(30) to form a spherical surface and provided with a nut fastener(41) and a connecting bar hole(12); a joint ball(50) inserted to the ball joint bolt unit(30) and the ball joint nut unit(40) to be rotated in the appointed direction and screwed with the connecting bar(20); a fixing bolt(45) screwed through the ball joint nut unit(40) and limiting the joint ball(50); and an elastic body(15) formed on one side of the bearing body(10) to be projected outward.
