PURPOSE: A system and a method for digitally managing weight on a health club or a fat clinic are provided to register/systematically manage the weight of more than 500 users, and perform precise health management based on an expert's opinion and diverse values by adding opinion or advice data of the experts, and outputting more information. CONSTITUTION: A load cell(111) detects/converts load into an electric signal. An amplifying/filtering part(112) amplifies/filters the output of the load cell. An ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(113) converts the output of the amplifying/filtering part into a digital signal. A display part(117) displays an operation status. A connecting port connects with a computer(120). A power manager(114) stabilizes power received through the connecting port and supplies it to each part. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(115) transmits the load data inputted from the ADC to the computer through the connecting port if the user weighs the weight, and makes the power manager reduce consumption power in a power saving mode.
