PURPOSE: A device for automatically recognizing and displaying a voice is provided to treat situation which occurs in real time by transmitting an inputted voice through a speaker, simultaneously recognizing the voice, and displaying the recognized voice as a character on an electric bulletin board. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(10) receives a voice of a user. A wireless transmission unit(20) transmits voice data inputted through the microphone. A wireless reception unit(30) receives the voice data inputted through the wireless reception unit. A voice input unit(40) receives the voice data inputted through the wireless reception unit(30), and converts the received voice data into a voice signal capable of being transmitted through a speaker(90). A voice amplifying unit(50) amplifies the voice signal provided through the voice input unit to be transmitted through the speaker. A voice recognizing unit(60) receives the voice data inputted through the voice input unit, and converts the received voice data into a specific data signal to be capable of being displayed as characters on an electric bulletin board(100). A database(70) stores the specific data signal converted through the voice recognizing unit. A character transmitting unit(80) interfaces the specific data signal converted through the voice recognizing unit to be capable of being transmitted as the characters through the electric bulletin board.
