PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server with sufficient processing ability for an FEC process of a plurality of streams. SOLUTION: An FEC server 1 includes a plurality of modules 11-1 to 11-n for performing the FEC process of the streams. A distribution module 13 discriminates to which stream received packets belong and distributes the packets to any one of the plurality of the FEC modules 11-1 to 11-n depending on the results discriminated.
