An apparatus for manufacturing prism sheet with a distorted surface and a method thereof are provided to offer a prism sheet having an improved two dimensional optic property by using an optically hardening resin and a roller with distorted surface. A method for manufacturing prism sheet with distorted surface includes the following steps of: spreading an optically hardening resin(422) on a prism supporter part(410); forming a plurality of prism form parts(420) in a wave shape by passing the prism supporter part through a roller(312) on which helical lines are formed; and hardening the prism form parts by radiating a light capable of hardening the optically hardening resin.
