PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier circuit that has small current consumption and high settling performance. SOLUTION: A folded cascade type operational amplifier circuit is composed so as to set a current driving capability of a transistor 1 of a current source of an n-type differential transistor pair, smaller than that of each transistor 4, 5 being a current source of a first load stage including a pair of the transistors 4, 5 connected to the n-type differential transistor pair, and also, to set a current driving capability of a transistor 14 of a current source of a p-type differential transistor pair, smaller than that of each transistor 10, 11 of a current source of a second load stage including a pair of the transistors 10, 11 connected to the p-type differential transistor pair.
