PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station capable of inhibiting an incoming slot received from a mobile terminal from interfering, with an outgoing slot transmitted to the mobile terminal from another base station, and to provide a slot allocating method. SOLUTION: The base station 20 used in a communications system in which frames composed of an incoming frame and an outgoing frame are synchronized, wherein the incoming frame including a plurality of incoming slots and the outgoing frame, including a plurality of outgoing slots are alternately arranged on a time base, is provided with a slot allocating part 24 for allocating an incoming slot to a mobile terminal 10 present in the area of the base station 20. The slot allocating part 24 allocates the first incoming slot, included in the incoming frame with respect to a mobile terminal 10, whose distance from the base station 20 is farther than that of a mobile terminal 10 near from the base station 20.
