<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive power transmitting device capable of inhibiting generation of excessive friction in a bearing at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The drive power transmitting device 6 connecting a bottomed tube shape front housing 22 and an axial shape inner shaft 23 by a main clutch 24 in such a manner that torque can be transmitted is supported rotatably by a ball bearing 28.
