PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification system, etc. which can automatically identifying respective display devices in correlation with their positions when a plurality of display devices are used.

SOLUTION: A PC 200 functioning as the identification system includes an imaging part 140 for picking up identification images having the identification information of respective display devices which are displayed by the plurality of display devices and generating picked-up images and a data generation part 150 for generating correlation data 122 for correlating the positions and the identification information with each other based on the positions of respective identification images in the picked-up images and the identification information included in the picked-up images.
