SOLUTION: This stove burner includes a normal fire extinction mode for immediately closing a solenoid safety valve, and a main valve check mode for immediately generating a valve closing signal to the main valve when a fire extinction signal is inputted, and closing the solenoid safety valve after checking whether the fire of the gas burner is extinguished by the time of lapse of a predetermined measurement time not. The start of the main valve check mode is prohibited, and the fire of the gas burner is extinguished by closing the solenoid safety valve when the fire extinction signal is caused that the detection temperature of the pot bottom sensor reaches the predetermined fire extinction temperature.
