The method comprises the following steps: adding soy powder to water or a 1-10% alcohol solution such that the weight ratio of the soy powder to the water or alcohol solution is 1:10-1:20; and carrying out a reaction under a temperature of 140-180°C and a pressure of 4.7-6.7 MPa for 5-15 minutes to make soy protein have a low molecular weight and a size of 500-3,000 Da. |
