1. A method for operating a system in a base station including a plurality of antenna assemblies in a mobile communication system, the method comprising:
dividing an ultra wideband into a plurality of unit-bands (UBs); forming a plurality of beams by the plurality of antenna assemblies; grouping a plurality of beam component carriers distinguished by the plurality of UBs into beam component carriers that belong to the same UB with respect to each beam to operate the grouped beam component carriers as a plurality of cells; and configuring one cell among the plurality of cells as a cell for movement of a terminal.
