PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomato powder-containing powdery food having reduced dehydration deterioration smell caused by the tomato powder; and to provide a highly versatile procedure capable of producing such a powdery food.SOLUTION: A tomato powder-containing powdery food containing collagen powder as much as an amount exceeding 2 pts.wt. and a caramel pigment as much as an amount exceeding 6 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. tomato powder.
