摘要 The invention relates to a fresh, thick-consistency yoghurt cheese with live bacterial flora and to individual yoghurt desserts (a family of products) made therefrom, which are coated with chocolate or cocoa paste and are in the form of bars, the main ingredient of which is a fresh, thick-consistency yoghurt cheese with live bacterial flora, which is produced by ripening a bacterial yoghurt starter with the possible additional treatment, using an organic acid, of milk or, preferably, of milk reconstituted from powdered milk using water until significantly thicker than ordinary milk or of milk condensed by ultrafiltration or of powdered milk, slicing, heating the curd and removing the whey that has formed, and also relates to a method for producing the above products.
