An anti-latch-up effect microprocessor reset circuit comprises a first-order reset circuit, a power failure detection circuit and a current leakage channel. The power failure detection circuit and the first-order reset circuit are connected with each other through an optocoupler (U1); the first-order reset circuit consists of a resistor (R1) and a first capacitor (C1) connected in series; the power failure detection circuit consists of a diode (D1), a second capacitor (C2), and a light-emitting diode (VD1) within the optocoupler (U1); the current leakage channel consists of a phototriode (T1) within the optocoupler (U1) and elements in the first-order reset circuit. The abovementioned anti-latch-up effect microprocessor reset circuit can effectively avoid the risk of latch-up triggering in a microprocessor caused by reset signals.
