The present invention relates to a kind of thienopiperidine derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising these compounds, the thienopiperidine derivative related in the present invention has a structure as represented by formula(I):
In formula (I), represents -O-R or =O; X is P or S, m is 0 or 1, R, R'can be the same or different, respectively and independently are H, C 1 -C 4 straight or branched alkyl substituted by halogen or unsubstituted, phenyl or substituted phenyl. The present invention also relates to the uses of the described thienopiperidine derivative in preparing drugs for preventing platelet aggregation and for treating or preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
