PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID allocation apparatus, a method and a program, capable of classifying a plurality of individual web sites for each online individual to be a manager.SOLUTION: An ID allocation apparatus 1 includes: a site management DB 22 for storing a plurality of individual web sites and link information showing the neighboring relationship between the plurality of individual web sites by a hyper link; a metric calculation unit 12 for calculating a first index showing a degree that two individual web sites have a common neighboring individual web site, on the basis of the link information; a metric cluster generation unit 13c for generating a set of clusters comprising one or more individual web sites; and an ID allocation unit 14 for allocating manager IDs, which are different from each other for each cluster and are the same one in a cluster, to the plurality of individual web sites. |
