The present invention relates to a leakage detection sensor pipe, and a method and an apparatus to manufacture the same. More specifically, the method to manufacture a leakage detection sensor pipe comprises: a surface treatment step of removing a foreign substance on an inner surface and an outer surface of a pipe; a step of installing a pipe-shaped induction heater outside the pipe, moving an induction heater or the pipe by a moving means to heat an outer surface of the pipe; a step of installing the pipe in a pipe-shaped powder coating device to separate the pipe from an inner surface of the coating device by a specific gap, and moving the powder coating device or the pipe in a longitudinal direction by a moving means to spray powder to an outer surface of the pipe; a step of installing the pipe in an extruding adhesive and PE coating device having an extruding adhesive coating unit to supply an adhesive and an extruding PE coating unit to supply PE to separate the pipe from an inner surface of the extruding adhesive and PE coating device by a specific gap, and moving the extruding adhesive and PE coating device or the pipe in a longitudinal direction by a moving means to coat the outer surface of the pipe with the adhesive and form a PE coating layer in which a detection wire is embedded on an outer surface of the adhesive; and a step of cooling, discharging an end of one side of the detection wire to the outside of one side of the pipe, and then coating the inner surface of the pipe. In the step of forming the PE coating layer, while PE is supplied by the extruding adhesive and PE coating device, the detection wire is supplied to embed the detection wire in the PE coating layer. |
