The present invention relates to a disposable cup sleeve which has high heat insulation efficiency, is less deformed even when in use long hours, and is easily grasped. The disposable cup sleeve comprises: a sleeve main body having a shape corresponding to an outer circumferential surface of a cup and having a width getting narrower downward; a first curling unit protruding from an upper surface of the sleeve main body inward and adhering to an upper end of the outer circumferential surface of the cup; a second curling unit protruding from a lower surface of the sleeve main body inward and adhering to a lower end of the outer circumferential surface of the cup; and a reinforcing frame coupled to the inside of the sleeve main body, the first curling unit, and the second curling unit. The reinforcing frame includes: multiple vertical reinforcing members vertically disposed in the sleeve main body at regular intervals; a first curling reinforcing member coupled to upper surfaces of vertical reinforcing members to connect the vertical reinforcing members and positioned in the first curling unit; and a second curling reinforcing member coupled to lower surfaces of the vertical reinforcing members to connect the vertical reinforcing members and positioned in the second curling unit. A sliding member protrudes from a lower portion of at least one of the vertical reinforcing members toward the inside of the second curling reinforcing member to guide the sliding direction of the cup.
