A following embodiment of the present invention relates to a fishing simulation system reducing temporal and spatial restriction, and a method thereof. In the fishing simulation system in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may provide the fishing simulation system comprising: an input part collecting data of a force and direction pulled by a user through a three-axis pressure sensor; a control part determining a movement spot and a movement speed of a three-axis robot before the next data of the data is inputted by processing the data; a driving part moving a fish hook hanging on the three-axis robot to a movement spot at the movement speed; and an output part outputting an image and sound synchronized to a motion of the fish hook. The fishing simulation system and the method thereof is able to provide a similar feeling of going fishing even though the user does not actually go to a fishing place.
