Provided are a backhaul link establishing method, evolved NodeB (eNB) and device, the method comprising: transmitting, by an eNB, to a first LPN an offload bearer request message according to a backhaul offload establishment request message; receiving, by the eNB, an offload bearer acknowledgement message transmitted by the first LPN; transmitting, by the eNB, to a first UE-relay an offload bearer configuration message; and transmitting, by the eNB, to a core network element a received ID of a service bearer and second S1 configuration information of the service bearer via an MME, thus reducing a backhaul load on uplink and downlink resources of the eNB. |
