The disclosed treadmill comprises: a first and second frame disposed parallel to each other; and a plurality of slats extending perpendicular to the direction in which the first and second frames are disposed, disposed between the first and second frames, and installed to be movable with respect to the first and second frames. At least a portion of the plurality of slats includes a base portion providing a first flat surface, and a supporting plate having a strength reinforcing portion having a convex shape from the base portion and having a cavity formed therein. |
