PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated white paperboard which even when using base paper containing a large amount of low while used paper pulp, shields dust and white color unevenness derived from the base paper, and is therefore white and excellent in appearance, and is also excellent in slipperiness and good in processing suitability.SOLUTION: There is provided the coated white paperboard having a pigment coated layer on at least a single surface of a multi-ply base paper. The coated white paperboard contains one or more pigment coated layer where the coated layer is provided by a curtain coating, and when a layer comprised of the pigment coated layer and a layer neighboring to the pigment coated layer of the multi-ply base paper is peeled from the coated white paperboard, ISO whiteness of a surface in a base paper side of a peeled layer is 65% or less and coefficient of static friction of the surface in which the pigment coated layer of the coated white paperboard is provided is 0.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
