PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous vinyl resin that contains a plasticizer with high light transmittance in a specified wavelength region and a luminous material, and thereby emits visible light (phosphorescence) at high luminance and is good in visibility.SOLUTION: There is provided the luminous vinyl resin member that contains at least a luminous material and a plasticizer and has a constitution containing as a plasticizer, the plasticizer having a transmissivity of light with a wavelength of 300 to 400 nm of 70% or more and a transmissivity of light with a wavelength of 450 to 650 nm of 90% or more. The plasticizer well transmits ultraviolet having a wavelength of 300 to 400 nm occupying a large part of a wavelength region of the luminous material and the luminous material is strongly excited with the ultraviolet which the plasticizer has transmitted, and the plasticizer well transmits visible light (phosphorescence) having a wavelength of 450 to 650 nm emitted in large quantity from the luminous material and causes the visible light to be emitted, consequently phosphorescence is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
