METHOD FOR GENERATING RANDOM OFFSET IN BLUE NOISE PATTERN

PURPOSE: A method for generating a random offset in blue noise pattern is to generate the random offset such that an error dispersion has a blue noise characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating a random offset in blue noise pattern randomly maintains a distance between blue noise patterns according to a convergent pixel value using a remainer, accumulating the revised convergent pixel value for the convergent pixel value generated during a converting process according to a required formula and dividing by a required value, as a random offset. Thereby, a small and easy logic is achieved in hardware with the characteristic of random function.
