PURPOSE: A method for indicating the cleaning time of a collecting filter of an air purifier is provided to make same the collecting and pollution level of the collecting filter when generating a filter cleaning alarm. CONSTITUTION: The method for indicating the cleaning time of the air purifier collecting filter makes same the collecting and pollution level of a collecting filter(1) when generating the filter cleaning alarm as calculating a driving accumulating time by applying weight according to a driving airflow when calculating the driving accumulating time. Also, if the driving accumulating time is not passed a filter cleaning time, always resetting the driving accumulating time after cleaning so as to improve a user's convenience.
