PURPOSE: A temperature control device and method thereof is provided to control the temperature based on the temperature sensors placed at the positions where temperatures differ each other in a cavity. CONSTITUTION: The temperature control device of a microwave oven comprises; a cavity(10) to receive food and heat; a heating device to provide heating energy in a cavity; plural number of temperature sensors placed at each different temperature parts. The heating device is controlled by the temperature sensors; the heating device includes light or heat emitting devices and the temperature sensors are placed at each inlet and the outlet of the air flow in the cavity(10).
