PURPOSE: A safety fence for construction is provided to prevent the environment pollution and safety accident of the outskirts of the construction area, to work regardless of the weather by intercepting the snow, rain, wind. CONSTITUTION: A safety fence for construction has; a fence frame(10) having many platforms(10b) vertically arranged in a multi-layers structure and also having a tent(24) for not emitting the dust outward with net-shaped net(26) with reinforcing; the fence frame set up vertically at the outer wall of a construction(2), attached to the supporting body(8) for climbing the construction(2) by the right driving of a chain to be used as elevating as story unit corresponding the construction process of the construction.
