PURPOSE: The toilet is provided to easily evacuate the bowels for a patient having a severe constipation. CONSTITUTION: The toilet having a containing unit(11) where excrements are contained at the lower face of a seat(10) where hips is placed is composed of: a projection part(2) for maintaining the contact of the containing unit(11) by contacting between the sacral groove of a patient and the groin at the center of the front and the rear area of the seat(10); a nipple(4) for penetrating the containing unit at the containing unit(11); a pipe(50) for sucking air inside of the containing unit(11) connected to a suction pump(5); connecting the nipple(4) and the pipe.
