PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a holding strength against a disk without accompanying a bad influence against fixing or removal of the disk by a method wherein an annular notch extending in a circumferential direction is partially formed in a radial direction at least one of a front surface and a rear surface of an inclined surface of a supporting member. SOLUTION: An annular protrusion having such a height as one leaving a clearance between it and the other surface is formed along a periphery at opposing surfaces of cavity for a supporter of cavities of molding dies forming a tray and acting as a gate. Resin material is filled from an opening side of the gate into the cavity for the supporter and filled into a wide width part in a next stage. Then, the resin material similarly flows at the wide width part in this next stage in a circumferential direction, thereby the material is filled into this stage, this operation is repeated to cause the resin material to be filled into the total area of the cavity for the supporter, and a supporter 32 with annular recesses 44 at a front surface and a rear surface of the inclined surface of a substantial inverse conical shape is molded at the central part of the holding section 12.
