PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an entire facility from being stopped when one single machine in the facility is broken by installing means for sterilizing, filling and sealing contents connectably in a station where it is independently driven by means for supplying and removing the contents. SOLUTION: Rejection of a container 12 which might be generated when a step has a certain trouble is assured. Each of the stations 1, 2, 3... has its own device controlled under a local standard for repelling a damaged container 12 or the damaged container 12 is indicated and they are removed by a connection control device 17. Facility devices 13, 14, 15 contain supplying lines for supplying stage gas and sterilizing gas or the like into a plasma sterilization reactor 5. Each of the stations 1, 2 and 3 is connected to a connecting vacuum pump 16. Similar state is also applied to the supplying line for filling the contents. Each of the facility devices 13, 14, 15 is operated by each of valves in each of the supplying stations 1, 2 and 3, respectively.
