PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the axial hysteresis by integrally forming a cylindrical part to a pair of collar parts by use of an elastic body, providing a cut part in one circumferential position, and fixing mutually independent metal plates to the collar parts, respectively. SOLUTION: This rack mount 10 comprises an integral rubber elastic body 21 consisting of a cylindrical part 18 and a pair of collar parts 20, 20. A metal plate 32 is fixed to each collar part 20 of the rubber elastic body 21 consisting of the cylindrical part 18 and the collar parts 20, 20. According to this structure, since the metal plate 32 is vulcanized and adhered to the rubber elastic body 21 in the collar parts 20, 20 where an axial load acts in the compressing/ stretching direction, the elastic deformation of the collar parts 20, 20 can be advantageously suppressed when a large load is inputted. Accordingly, the hysteresis to axial load of the rack mount 10 can be minimized while sufficiently ensuring its axial spring constant.
