PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service presentation system and a service presentation method to prevent unauthorized use of service and to simultaneously enhance convenience about purchase and use of the service. SOLUTION: A purchaser is confirmed to be the purchaser who purchases service by collating individual specification information held in a data holding means owned by the purchaser with individual specification information received from a server by a data collating means by receiving the individual specification information to specify the purchaser and a fact that prescribed service is purchased from a purchaser terminal provided on the purchaser's side and transmitting the received individual specification information to the data collating means provided on the side of a service provider to offer the prescribed service by the server.
