<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for content sales which enable a person who has the copyright of a literary work included in contents to secure the proper profit. SOLUTION: When contents including one or more are sent to a user terminal 110, it is judged whether or not purchase information on the literary works included in the contents are held on the user terminal and the sending charge for the contents is calculated according to the judgment result. The profit can be obtained directly from the user of the contents by circulating the literary works themselves included in the contents as objects of dealings. Consequently, the copyright holders are able to secure the proper profit irrelevantly to the good or proor results of the contents including the literary works. The user side of the contents is able to obtain the contents including the literary works whose purchase information is obtained at a low price, so consumption activities are activated.</p> |
