<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling service system for preparing the schedule of work to be performed to a trainee (user) by the personnel on the basis of applied conditions and reporting the schedule to the personnel and the trainee. SOLUTION: The limit condition satisfied by the information of work and a date desired by the trainee and the information of work enabled for each personnel, and a period for preparing the schedule are applied from a manager terminal 1 to a server 2. In the server 2, the personnel capable of performing the desired work on the desired date concerning the applied period is retrieved and when the limit conditions are satisfied, personnel schedule information 21 and trainee schedule information 22 are prepared by assigning the personnel provided by the retrieval to that work. Then, after planning of the schedule is reported to a personnel terminal 3 and a trainee terminal 4, the server 2 transmits the personnel schedule information 21 or trainee schedule information 22 corresponding to the requests from the terminal 2, 3.</p> |
