<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a communication line for transmitting the capacity of an image photographed by a security camera in a storage part or photographed image to a high-order system such as a monitoring center and to acquire information to become the key of a conditional proof when an ordinary user can become a victim or when the user himself/herself tries to perform a criminal action. SOLUTION: On the basis of the transacted result, the necessity of photographed data from the security camera is decided and when significance in crime prevention is low, control is performed to delete the photographed data. Besides, by installing plural security cameras or making a photographing range movable, control is performed to photograph not only the user but also the periphery as needed.</p> |
