PURPOSE: A pier table for a modular bridge and an installation method of a modular bridge using the same are provided to prevent stress concentration by integrating the pier table with filled steel tubes. CONSTITUTION: A pier table for a modular bridge comprises a main body, a connector, a sheath pipe, and a horizontal reinforcing bar. The main body is formed in a rectangular plate shape and has a guide groove corresponding to each filled steel tube(50) of an uppermost pier column unit module. The connector is composed of a main plate, an extension plate, and a shear connector. The main plate is coupled to the top surface of the main body. The extension plate is vertically coupled to the top center of the main plate. The shear connector is protruded vertically from the bottom surface of the main plate and is integrated with the main body. Both ends of the sheath pipe have caps. The horizontal reinforcing bar is inserted into the sheath pipe. |
