PURPOSE: A numerical data exclusive image photogrammetric workstation for GIS(geographic information system) based image editing is provided to secure a photographic image at various heights and to effectively gather photographic images. CONSTITUTION: An image drawing process device(200) comprises an image database(210), a drawing image database(220), an image editing module(230), a coordinate composition module(240), and an image drawing module(250). The image database stores an image which is collected by a camera. The drawing image database stores a drawn image which is drawn on the basis of the image. The image editing module composes and edits a plurality of images. The coordinate composition module composes a coordinate in the drawing image. The image drawing module draws up the drawn image on the basis of the image.
