PURPOSE: A vacuum cup device is provided to securely pick up a panel without changing a position or a size of the vacuum cup device although a small hole is formed in the panel absorbed by a cup member. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cup device includes a cup member mounted on an attachment rod(5) through a connection pipe(13). A vacuum path(15) connected to the cup member is formed at an internal portion of the connection pipe. An auxiliary cup member(21) is installed in the cup member(11). The auxiliary cup member(21) has a size smaller than that of the cup member(11) is coupled to a lower end of the connection pipe(15) through a fastening device(23). The fastening device(23) includes a body part(27) forming an insertion portion in order to install the auxiliary cup member(21) therein. A bolt part(31) includes a bolt hole(29) formed at the lower end of the connection pipe(13).
