SYSTEM AND SERVICE FOR STRATEGICALLY MANAGING KNOWLEDGE FOR PLAN AND RESEARCH THROUGH COMMUNITY

PURPOSE: A system and a service for strategically managing knowledge for plan and research through a community are provided to form the community between a provider and a user of knowledge information for a specified project, and build the system for sharing the knowledge on the Internet or the intranet by building a specified knowledge database. CONSTITUTION: The information is classified by collecting/integrating various kinds of data and the information is changed to the knowledge by processing/analyzing the information. A user definition level assigns members to each project, and defines a project manager and a knowledge producing expert offering knowledge contents. A text extracting module monitors folders in real-time and extracts text when a document file is updated. A text search module searches/outputs the text by indexing the extracted text. A knowledge sharing level supports collaboration among the project members and project progress. A personal page level arranges/provides a propensity for searching information knowledge of the project members.
