PURPOSE: A valve assembly is provided to cut down the manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure, and to change the direction of actuating fluid actively by rotating and reversing the motor in applying power to the motor and opening and closing the discharge part. CONSTITUTION: A valve assembly(1) is composed of a valve body(5) having an inlet part(2) flowing actuating fluid in, a couple of first and second discharge parts(3,4) discharging actuating fluid in the different direction and a storage space, a driven shaft(6) rotated in the storage space of the valve body and arranged horizontally in the lower part of the valve body, a rotating body(8) formed in the end of an extension piece(7) extended from the driven shaft to selectively open and close the first or second discharge part, and a driving motor(11) arranged in the upper part of the valve body and composed of a driving shaft installed to the upper part of the driven shaft connected to the extension piece.
