PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation sheet constituted of expanded graphite which can be suitably used as a heat radiation sheet for radiating heat to be generated in an electronic component or the like, by effectively preventing any blister from being generated on the sheet surface due to the discharge of moisture or air contained inside when carrying out heating treatment by a simple method. SOLUTION: This heat radiation sheet is constituted of expanded graphite, and provided with through-holes or recesses which become paths for discharging vaporizing gas to the outside of the sheet when moisture contained in the expanded graphite vaporizes due to heating.
