A ring seal (16) is located between the end face of the extension cylinder (2) and the mounting ring (5). Its (16) opening leaves the lock cylinder (10) free. The outer end of the starting key (11) blade is surrounded by a cylindrical seal (12). When the key is inserted into the lock, the cylindrical seal (12) and the ring seal (16) work together, to complete sealing. A further ring seal (18) is included at the end of the mounting ring facing the lock casing (1). This seals the mounting ring against the mounting panel.
