PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system providing flexibly location information necessary for a user, and providing exactly and simply the information according to the preference and the necessity of the user. SOLUTION: This natural language-based location query system is provided with a receiver for receiving a query request of natural language from a user terminal, an access device for accessing a location ontology base and a location query language base externally attached to the system or built in the system, a natural language query processor for executing at least one of fuzzy processing and indirect processing as to the received request of natural language query, by retrieving the location ontology base and the location query language base with the access device, and for reading the location information corresponding to the request from a location database, and a transmitter transmitting the location information to the user terminal.
